What is Sit n Purchase?
Sit n Purchase is a fashion brand where every order helps — 2% is donated to charity. You look good and do good at the same time.
Where are your products made and shipped from?
All items are made to order and fulfilled by our partner Printful, which operates facilities in the USA, Europe, Australia and other regions. Orders usually ship from the facility closest to your address.
How long does delivery take?
Production: 2–5 business days (made to order)
Estimated shipping:
- USA: 3–5 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- Rest of World: 7–15 business days
Estimates exclude weekends/holidays and any carrier/customs delays.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is made to order, we don’t accept returns or size-based exchanges. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted, email info@sitnpurchase.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll replace it.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size guide. Measure a similar item you own and compare to the chart before ordering.
I entered the wrong address — can I change it?
If your order hasn’t entered production, we may be able to update it. Contact info@sitnpurchase.com immediately with your order number and the correct address.

🎨 Product Printing & Quality FAQs
How are your apparel designs printed?
Most apparel uses Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing with water-based inks that soak into the fabric for detailed, soft-hand prints that don’t peel like vinyl.
Do you offer embroidery or all-over prints?
Yes. Some items feature embroidery (e.g., hats, polos) or all-over sublimation (e.g., select hoodies/tees/leggings). The method is listed on each product page.
Will the colors match what I see on my screen?
We aim for accurate previews, but device screens and fabric absorption mean slight color variation is normal.
How durable are DTG prints?
DTG prints are long-lasting with proper care. Expect normal, gradual wear after many washes.
How should I wash and care for printed items?
- Wash inside out in cold water on gentle.
- Use mild detergent; avoid bleach and fabric softeners.
- Tumble dry low or hang dry.
- Do not iron directly on the print.
Why does a new shirt sometimes feel “stiff” or smell like vinegar?
That’s from standard DTG pre-treatment that helps ink bond to the fabric. It’s harmless and washes out after the first rinse.
My print looks off-center or has tiny dots — is that normal?
Minor variances can occur in hand-aligned processes, and small pre-treat marks can appear before the first wash. If you believe there’s a defect, email info@sitnpurchase.com with photos within 7 days for review and replacement if applicable.
What fabric or garment brands do you use?
We use high-quality blanks from reputable brands (varies by region/availability). Fabric content and fit are listed on each product page.
